Each course averages 30 minutes to complete with a post assessment included for each course. The Application Activity forms will allow the participant to apply the learnings in their own scenario and environment.

- Describe suitability requirements for being an effective service provider, describe the qualities of exemplary service character, implement 6 strategies for cultivating exceptional service character, apply 10 ways to show equal respect for customers, assess your current levels of service resiliency.
